Singapore, 2009. Vital People Group has appointed Erik Kaats as business development director for the Asia Pacific region. Erik Kaats has spend the last 7 years living and working in Asia and has established a network in the Healthcare and related industries. He has been involved in some successful startups in the region. According to Erik Kaats; “the region has an enormous potential since vitally is seen as one of the most important factors in the society from poor to rich”. The Chinese have been practicing fitness movements on a daily basis for ages and have a much healthier diet then any nation in the world but things are changing fast and not all for the good. As an example: in Chinese society early morning Tai Chi (physical and mental training) is mostly practiced by the older generation. I believe that the Asia market has a huge potential when combining Vital People’s and the traditional approach to improve a person’s vitality.
